Each level describes something recognisable, achievable, and worth reaching. Select a step on the ladder.
Core processes are documented and followed. Management information is produced regularly and used. Governance is a maintained system rather than an event, and the business would survive a month without its owner. Established is the level at which a practice stops being a job and starts being an asset.

The frameworks that endure are shaped by the people they measure. There is no launch date on DOMI: version one publishes when the formation phase has done its work. Until then, the domains, the levels and the language are open for challenge from operators, clinicians, investors and sceptics alike, and the people who contribute now will be credited as the people who helped write it.
